#kabobit #chicken #lemon #rosemary kabobs can be dry, but when you marinade the protein overnight they with be moist and tender as long as you don’t forget their on the grill🤣. All I used was the juice of two lemons, 16 cloves of garlic, leaves from about 8 sprigs of rosemary, salt n pepper. I puréed it in a blender and poured it into a ziplock bag with the cut up chicken thighs and some extra lemon slices. Don’t forget to let your wooden skewers soak so they don’t burn. I can’t wait to hear what my clients have to say about this new addition. Connect or follow me for gluten free, dairy free recipes that are great for weightloss. Been a minute since I shared a breakfast idea. Well this can be an any time of day treat but it is technically a pancake of sorts so breakfast is what I’m calling it. Perfect for weight-loss plans, especially the ones I coach. 1/3 lean + 1 snack. Also great for keto and as always gluten anxiety dairy free. Top Tip Tuesday: turn leftover mash into gluten free, dairy free waffles 🧇 If you've got a waffle maker, simply stir some dried of fresh chopped herbs to leftover mash, brush a little oil onto the waffle maker, add the mash and cook for around 8 minutes. Then top how you wish. I've added avocado and poached egg, sunflower seeds, spring onions and tomatoes. You could add chilli, pesto, cheese, bacon, smoked salmon with cream cheese and red onion etc.Yummy way to make healthier waffles, use up leftovers and make a tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner!#zerowaste #leftovers #toptip

No Bake Berry Power BallsRoll into lunchtime with a lunchbox snack that your kids will love! These power balls are allergen-friendly: nut-free, dairy free, and gluten free (make sure to use certified gluten-free oats). Made with 5 simple ingredients, this recipe makes a big batch, so pop leftovers in the freezer for an easy grab-and-go snack to keep you or your kids energized, any day of the week. Ingredients2 1⁄2 cups rolled oats1⁄2 cup dried cranberries, or your choice of dried fruit3 tbspSummer Berry Sweet Dip Mix1 cup sunflower seed butter 1⁄4 cup honey or maple syrupPreparationIn a large bowl, combine oats, cranberries, and dip mix. Stir in seed butter and honey until evenly combined (using your hands works best). Using your hands and using 1 heaping tbsp as a guide, form mixture into 24 balls. Press the balls firmly in your hands while forming them. This will help them keep their shape. If you have time, chill 20 min until firm. Store in refrigerator up to one week in a sealed container. Or, wrap individually and freeze for up to one month. https://lnkd.in/gmvUiAd2

PancakeYummy Pancakes Ingredients:✅ flour✅baking powder✅Butter✅Brown Sugar✅Eggs to make sure they haven't expired or gone rancid.Don't over-stir. Combining your wet and dry ingredients, stir only until you no longer see any dry spots of flour. Over-stirring will make pancakes tougher (since gluten develops in the flour) and less fluffy (which happens when leaveners release bubbles).Let batter rest. Resting about 10 minutes allows the leaveners to continue to work their magic, creating and expanding into thousands of tiny pockets of carbon dioxide. The fluffier the butter, the fluffier the pancakes.Start with a hot surface. Allow your skillet or griddle to fully heat up before you add butter. Make a test pancake. This is your practice run to gauge and adjust the temperature and cook time. Peek frequently at the underside to check if the pancake is browning at the right pace. Don't press the pancakes. It's tempting to press down on the pancakes with a spatula after flipping, but this will result in a dense, gummy pancake.@everyone #nationalblackcatday#everyoneactive #healthyfood #healthcare #healthtips #everyone #healthylife #healthiswealth #healthwise
